The importance of building a strong relationship with my clients cannot be overstated. While gathering health background information is essential in my coaching work, I also love to dig deeper and try to understand my clients on a more personal level. As in any strong relationship, there must be give and take, and I feel it is important to share of myself, too. Before we connect, I’m excited to share some lighthearted personal facets of my life.
HERE ARE SOME FUN FACTS ABOUT ME!
- I’m originally from New Jersey, but I moved to Las Vegas my sophomore year in high school with my family. While my adolescent self found it to be a challenging adjustment initially, I grew to love the community and have chosen to reside as a professional in this vibrant, burgeoning city.
- I met my soul mate in February 2019, and our wedding was scheduled for May 2020. Coronavirus thwarted those plans, but we’re hopeful we’ll be able to celebrate our love among family and friends soon. Thanks to Zoom, and a flexible officiant, we are legally married as of April 17, 2020.
- We are currently pet-free, but after multiple babysitting sessions of our friends’ Portuguese Water Dog, we are ready to take home a furry friend of our own.
- I love hiking, and enjoy exploring local trails in beautiful Red Rock and Mount Charleston/Lee Canyon.
- To get my heart pumping, my go to workouts are indoor cycling and Zumba.
- I took a 15 year break from outdoor cycling, only to get on a bike and participate in a 3-day 200+ mile charitable ride in 2017. It definitely tops the list as one of the most mentally and physically challenging experiences of my life. To be fair, also one of the most rewarding.
- Iced green tea and kombucha are my favorite beverages.
- My favorite food of all time are avocados. (**My husband proposed using an de-seeded avocado as a ring box). I’m also a non-discriminating chocolate fan (I love milk, white, and the dark varieties)
