Coaching Packages

All Packages Include:

60-minute Deep-Dive Initial Session

We’ll start with a full assessment where we’ll discuss your goals and explore your relationship with food and body image throughout your life, including your diet history, current eating behaviors, and more.

30-minute Weekly Follow-up Sessions

We’ll check in every other week to develop small goals for you to work on, check in on your progress, and adjust as needed.

Weekly Eating Journal Review and Feedback

Jessica will review your food diary weekly and provide feedback and support in-between sessions.

Unlimited Email Support

As long as we are working together you’ll have support and guidance including unlimited email access for any questions or concerns that come up in between  sessions.

How Jessica’s Coaching Process Works:

In your first session, we’ll spend 60 minutes together and do a deep dive to really get to know you. We’ll explore your relationship with food and body image. We’ll talk about what food was like growing up, your dieting and weight history, your current eating patterns, recent labs/health tests, and more. We will also discuss your goals and map out what success looks like for you.

After the initial deep dive session, you’ll continue to receive a great deal of support. We’ll meet twice a month via video chat or phone, and you’ll have unlimited e-mail access between sessions for any questions/concerns that may arise.

Jessica’s Approach:

Jessica’s approach is highly individualized and rooted in intuitive eating, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

Jessica will help you cultivate a healthy relationship with both food and your body through a holistic approach, emphasizing all aspects of health,  including food, exercise, stress management, coping skills, sleep habits, and positive relationships.

Her approach will allow you to discover how to feed and nurture your body in a way that permits you to live your life fully  while connecting more authentically to yourself and to others.  By successfully managing your health, you will be freed to focus on what fuels your passion and happiness.
